Studio Notes Privacy

Studio Notes is George Ayers’s email newsletter about new paintings, the painting process, and news from the Atelier.

When you join, we use your email address, any name you choose to provide, your list preferences, and your subscription status to manage your subscription. You must confirm your email address before receiving newsletters.

Studio Notes is free. Atelier Invitations is a separate, optional email preference for membership opening and enrollment news. Choosing that preference does not purchase a membership or create a paid account.

We use MailPoet and its sending service to manage subscriptions and deliver these emails. This involves processing subscription and delivery information, including unsubscribe requests and delivery failures.

Open and click tracking is turned off for these emails.

You can stop receiving newsletters using the unsubscribe link in an email, or change your list choices using its manage-subscription link. Unsubscribing stops future newsletters; it does not automatically delete every subscription record.
